• Discovery & Research: Conducted a competitive analysis to identify market gaps, followed by rapid guerilla research to understand reader behaviors.
• Strategy & Definition: Synthesized findings into a clear user persona and defined the core user problem using the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework.
• Ideation: Generated targeted solutions through structured ideation sessions based on the defined user problem.
